Who We Are
Catch-22 Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in March 2018, based out of Rock Hill, South Carolina. Our mission is to give veterans suffering from depression, PTS, TBI, or any other mental health issues an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors at no-cost to them. We want to play an active role in helping our veterans transition from the military to civilian life, by any means necessary.
This transition can be extremely difficult; whether it comes to developing inter-personal relationships, finding a job, going back to school, or even just finding a healthy way to relieve stress. We pray that by providing these veterans with an opportunity to get out on the water and go fishing free-of-charge, we may give them hope, that no matter what they are going through, that Catch-22 Foundation is here to catch them before they fall, and we are committed to doing just that.
In the future, we hope to provide veterans and their families with various other means of support including financial, medical, educational, and any other way we can positively impact the individuals that have already sacrificed themselves for us.
No-Cost Fishing Trips
Combining the mental health benefits of the outdoors and the power of positivity, we simply wish to shine Light in the lives of our fellow service members, who may be struggling in silence.
With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. Whether it be vocational rehabilitation, mental health counseling, or VA benefits, Catch-22 Foundation is here to provide veterans with the resources they need to remain resourceful.
With our organization’s mission constantly in mind, we strive to provide veterans with the ability to reach out and talk if they ever find themselves feeling "down." In this case, that someone is us. And while we are not professionals, we will ALWAYS answer the call to help someone in need.
